Mall Hours

The safety and well-being of our guests and KP family is our top priority. In addition to the elevated cleaning program already in place, we will be temporarily adjusting our hours to do our part in helping prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Thus, effective Thursday November 12, Kildonan Place will be open 11:00am - 7:00pm Monday-Friday, 11:00am - 6:00pm Saturday and 12:00 - 6:00pm Sunday. Shoppers Drug Mart will be open from 8am-10pm. Other retailers may choose to open on a modified schedule.

Recently, we have undertaken several steps in our effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19 including escalated cleaning programs and reduction of mall operating hours. We are following all guidelines from health and governmental authorities to do our part in preventing the spread of the virus, and constantly updating or amending our practices as required.

You might notice that some of the stores have elected to close temporarily. Along with you, we are concerned for the safety and well-being of all our tenants and customers, while also recognizing the impact to the livelihood of the people that work within the mall as a major employment source within our community. We respect and support the decisions of the individual stores, whether it be to close or to stay open, that best represents the needs of their staff during these extraordinary times, while also conforming to governmental recommendations.

If you are unsure if a retailer is open or operating on reduced hours, please contact the retailer directly.

Our mall entrance near State & Main will be open at 11am daily.

We will continue to monitor this situation very closely. Thank you for your co-operation and understanding as we navigate these challenging times together.

In-Mall Procedures

The World Health Organization (WHO) has recently announced the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) is now at a Pandemic level. In addition to the elevated cleaning protocols already in place, Kildonan Place, along with other Primaris shopping centres, has implemented the following precautionary measures:

  • The loaning of KP-owned strollers, wheelchairs, walkers, and scooters will be suspended
  • Water fountain use suspended
  • The use of food court trays will be suspended
  • Special events that result in large gatherings will be limited or suspended

Help prevent the spread of COVID-19:

  • Wash your hands regularly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
  • Avoid touching your face with your hands (eyes, nose, mouth)
  • Cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze with a tissue and dispose of the tissue in the trash
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick
  • Monitor workplace sickness, especially those who have been overseas
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched items on a regular and consistent basis
  • Stay home if you are sick
