At Kildonan Place, we want your shopping experience to be as enjoyable as possible, That's why we have a simple code of conduct at the mall, to make sure your visit is a pleasant one.
- No loitering in a group
- No obscene or loud language
- No running in the mall
- Be respectful of other shoppers, merchants, staff and security officers
- Smoking and/or tobacco use of any kind (including e-cigarettes and other smoking apparatus) is not permitted inside the centre. Please obey posted signage, and maintain a minimum distance of 25 feet away from exterior entrances when smoking.
- No bicycles, skateboards or similar equipment may be used in the mall
- Service animals are welcome in the mall, but we ask that you leave your pets at home (excluding special pet themed event days).
We also want Camp KP, our children's play area, to be a fun place to be, so please follow these guidelines when using Camp KP:
- Parental and caregiver supervision is required at all times
- Child may not be left unattended
- Please be respectful of neighbouring stores, and use "indoor voices" at all times
- Please respect the posted height restriction
- Socks are mandatory for both adults and children
- Food and drink must be kept outside the play area
- And don't forget the most important rule of all - have lots of fun!
