1. Eligibility. This contest is open to all residents of Manitoba, except employees and members of their immediate families (defined as spouses, parents, children and siblings) and households, of Primaris Management Inc., Primaris REIT, Montez Income Properties, the advertising and promotion agencies involved in this promotion, the tenants of the mall and other sponsors of this program.
2. Balance on traded in Gift Card must be able to be validated at time of exchange. Validation will take the form of a phone call to Card Issuer or through their website; a paper receipt showing current balance will not qualify. If the amount can’t be validated at time of exchange, we cannot accept that gift card for trade.
3. Cards must be from retail stores/businesses currently in operation in Winnipeg and NOT under receivership. Promotional cards with expiration or minimum spend requirements are not eligible for the program. Prepaid VISAS/MASTERCARDS and paper gift certificates will not be accepted.
3. Physical Gift Cards will only be accepted, no online gift cards, vouchers or coupons are accepted.
4. Traded in Gift Card amounts will be rounded up to the nearest dollar amount. Example: a balance of $34.14 will be exchanged for $35.00 in Kildonan Place Primaris Gift Cards.
5. Participants must be over the age of 18+.
6. Maximum exchange per person of $200 in Gift Cards. Minimum exchange is $10.
7. A limited quantity of Kildonan Place Gift Cards will be awarded for the ‘Gift Card Swap’ promotion. The promotion ends when maximum limit has been reached.
8. All exchanged Gift Cards will be donated to United Way Winnipeg
9. Kildonan Place Shopping Centre retains the right, in its absolute discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or value in the event of the unavailability of any component of the prize for any reason whatsoever. The prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash surrender value.
10. This Contest is subject to all Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws. Decisions of Kildonan Place Shopping Centre are final with respect to all aspects of this promotion
11. The promotion starts on Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at 10:00am and closes at 8:00pm on Wednesday, August 20, 2025 or until supplies last.
Kildonan Place Primaris Gift Cards are issued by Peoples Trust Company. Card funds are not insured by the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation or any other government issuer or agency..
