My KP Family

Save Every Wednesday for the Family

When you register for my kp family, you'll save at selected retailers every Wednesday.  Plus, you'll be the first to know about great family events and promotions happening at the mall and in our community.  It's free to register!  Just download a brochure, or pick one up at Guest Services.  Bring your completed form to Guest Services to recieve your membership card, and start saving!  Plus, while you're at the mall, take advantage of these family-friendly amenities and services:

Kid Protectors - Now Available

Peace of mind for parents is now FREE at Kildonan Place with our Kid Protectors.  These two-piece units consist of an adorable Panda bracelet for kids and a clip-on receiver for parents.  If your little one wanders a little too far, your Kid Proetctor receiver will beep to let you know.  Kid Protectors are free to use while shopping at Kildonan Place, just for My KP Family members.  Not a member yet?  Sign up at Guest Services.  You'll get to use our Kid Protectors whenever you shop, and you'll save every Wednesday at selected stores.  Find out more about My KP Family when you download a brochure

Camp KP Play Area

Parents can take a break and let the little ones burn off some energy at our soft play park located in front of Zellers.  The 900 square foot play area provides a fun, safe environment for pre-school aged children (42" and under) to climb, jump and play.  Bordered by seating for parents, our camping theme play park comes complete with waterfall slide, bridge, tent and campfire, which are all constructed of soft foam that has been hand-carved, encased in a soft coating and airbrushed. 

Please be aware of our Rules of Play which are enforced by the Shopping Centre:Parental and caregiver supervision is required; Child may not be left unattended; Socks are mandatory for both adults and children, and food and drink must be kept outside the play area.  Don't forget the most important rule of all - have lots of fun!

Strollers

We want to make Kildonan Place convenient to get around for all of our customers - even the smallest ones. For your convenience, we are pleased to offer complimentary strollers (single, double and infant) at the Guest Services kiosk at Centre Court.

Washroom Facilities

Modern, comfortable and clean washrooms are located in the corridor across from Lenscrafters. Our family washroom is equipped with a baby change station, nursing area and a microwave for bottle warming. In addition, you can pick up a FREE diaper emergency kit at Guest Services - located at centre court.

Preferred Parking

Parking preference at each entrance is given to expectant moms and families with young children.

Food Court High Chairs

We strive to offer all the comforts of home! That's why you'll find highchairs in the Food Court.

Family Lounge

Take a few minutes to relax and read the newspaper in our Family Lounge located in the corridor across from the washrooms.
