Kildonan Place has double, single and infant strollers available while you shop. Strollers may be picked up at the Guest Services kiosk with an identification deposit.

Wheelchairs and walkers may be picked up at the Guest Services kiosk with an identification deposit. Scooter use is also complimentary - just fill out a waiver form to receive your membership card.

Lost a cell phone? Found a scarf? Found items can be turned in to the Guest Services kiosk. To claim a lost item, please check with Guest Services. Items are kept for 30 days before being donated to charity. Found items are kept in a locked area and monitored by our Guest Services staff.

Washrooms are located in the corridor across from Lencrafters. In addition to our men's and women's washrooms, we also offer a family washroom complete with a nursing area, change table and microwave. Take a moment to relax in our family lounge, located by the washrooms. Public washrooms are also located in Target and Sears.

Day lockers are available for a nominal charge and are located adjacent to the washrooms in the corridor across from Lenscrafters.

Preferred parking spaces near Mall entrances are designated for expectant mothers and parents with small children, as well as handicapped persons. We are also the only mall in Manitoba to offer preferred parking to drivers of hybrid vehicles.

Wi-Fi Hotspots

You can find a number of wi-fi hotspots in the mall.  Use our MTS wi-fi at centre court or the food court, or get online using hotspots at Target, Second Cup, Shaw, Aura, Revolutions and Rogers.
